In order to make sure effective use of products, provide customers excellent products and service, it is our essential duty and responsibility to establish quality and service supervisory mechanism. Hereby we make the following assurances about products standards and quality:
The products are produced strictly according to national, trade standards, or according to customers’ requirements when necessary.
1. Before signing contract
Warmly and thoughtfully deal with customers’ calling, email and visit. Reply customers’ questions relating technical particulars seriously to solve the problem. Send engineers for site survey and to assist choosing and installing cables when necessary.
2. During production
Invite technicians to our factory for production supervision and products test. Products structure drawings, relevant technical data and working principals can be provided. The key tests for the products will be finished within the factory to make sure it will be delivered strictly according to the requirements, quality, quantity and delivery time in contracts. Besides, the relevant testing standards can also be provided for customers’ confirmation.
3. After sales
In order to assist the customers finish the after sales works and maintenance, the following commitments are made:
(1) All the products meet the requirements of national, international or superior standards.
(2) After the products are received, customers’ feedback will be replied in 8 hours in case any mismatch occurred during customers’ inspection.
(3) A 12-month guarantee is provided since the acceptance of the project. Engineers can be sent for technical guidance and assistance if required. After sales support team is established for customer service and their complaints. Every customer will be queried by phone or email and their complaints will be replied in 8 hours. Engineers can be sent on site to guarantee customer satisfaction once on-site service is required.
(4) During products’ running under allowed condition after right installation, we will be responsible for the repair and replacement of products provided the problem is due to the products’ bad quality.
(5) Engineers still can be sent on site for assistances to continue customer service after the warranty expires. The production will be arranged on time and products be provided at best price if replacement is needed.
