On June 21, 2011, the state grid corporation of China (SGCC), led by the China institute of power technology, held the evaluation meeting for the enterprise standards of the "technical specifications for testing the access of distributed power supply to distribution network" in Beijing.The expert evaluation team listened to the report of the project team and reviewed the submitted materials. After careful discussion, they agreed that the submitted standards were complete, standardized, forward-looking and operable, and in line with the requirements of state grid corporation of China's enterprise standard compilation.

"Technical specification for distributed power distribution network access test launched in May 2010, in the research of distributed power supply relevant technical standards at home and abroad on the basis of the combination of company system, distributed power supply access and run the status quo, for the first time to form the suitable for state grid corporation management area in the form of synchronous motor, induction motor, converter access below 35 kv voltage class power grid of the distributed power interface unit test specification.

The smart grid is the national grid company standard system distribution standard series, one of China's electricity as a focal research institute also bear the "distributed power grid technology sets", "technical specification for energy storage systems connected to the distribution network, the technical specification for distributed power distribution network operation control access, these standards issued to standardize the distributed power grid and micro power grid planning, construction and operation is of great significance.
